Baking for the Carmelite Orphanage

Since all of my baking money has been going to help the Carmelite Sisters in East Chicago this year - I have really enjoyed going to visit them over the past few months with my mom. I love all the sisters there and they really seem to think my cakes are "belicious" they say with a sweet smile. I've even been able to run around and play with some of the littler kids, which was fun and made me feel both happy and sad all at the same time. I wish I could go more often to help and play with the kids. The sisters sent me a beautiful card they made from scratch - that made me feel really special. Can't wait to go back again soon!
